Artwork Description
“One of the first rules for plein-aire painting,, especially if you are a “senior” painter, is to find a comfortable spot to set up your easel in a nice shady area. This was it, and it had a couple of bonuses. It was not only comfortable, but was also an interesting composition, with a nice back lighted effect. Then, as on cue, special guest arrived, a couple of white tail deer looked on with inquisitive glances as the crossed the shaded lane. I love this job.”
