Whenever I’m feeling down I put Buddy Guys music on and he lifts my spirits and puts a smile on my face. He is one of my favorite guitar players. He is a very humble man. He is the essence of the blues. When he does a show he always comes into the audience he likes being up close and personal so I painted him that way.
