Hearing Angelique for the first time stopped me in my tracts. I couldn’t take my eyes off of her. Her voice is powerful and pure. Angelique has amazing energy and presence. She has an unselfish determination to use her music to help others. The colors I used in this painting show her energy and warmth. I donated the original to her to auction off for her girls schools in Africa. The earring is gold leafed on the original . I paint in the gold earring on all the giclees.
