Artwork Description
Whaaaa is a Broadwing hawk fledgling I crossed paths with one spring. The cry baby was planted firmly in my path wailing at the top of its lungs. Mom was circling overhead and I am confident would have dive bombed me if I had appeared threatening. I backed away to give them space to sort out their dilemma. A short time later I returned to check on the situation and was relieved to see them reunited and content.
